The Gatemaster Digital Lock For Wooden Gates single is a surface fixed digital gate lock with a long latching movement allowing for gate expansion and contraction. The lock fits simply to the gate by drilling 3 holes into the gate frame and screw fixing the lock to the gate. This mechanical digital gate locks are a convenient method of locking a gate as no keys and power are required. The latchbolt projects up to 20mm into the keep which increases security and gives more tolerance. It features an auto latching mechanism whereby the latchbolt automatically latches into the gate frame upon closing the gate and to open the gate one has to enter the code and turn the handle. The benefits of using this lock allow the code to be easily changed when there is a security breach and it is more convenient distributing a code that physical keys. It is tested to over 1000 hours salt spray ensuring that this lock will survive harsh weather elements.
