A SpecSeal Window Wall Gasket is a fiberglass mesh-reinforced intumescent rubber gasket designed for the edge of fire-resistant slabs in window wall construction. It's installed between the floor and aluminum structure, directly behind the slab closure panel. Upon fire exposure, the Window Wall Gasket rapidly expands (intumesces) to form a dense, highly insulating char to seal the void space against flame and hot gas spread.

- Complements common external-grade sealants

- Tested according to ASTM E2307 for window wall assemblies
